Hi, my name is Renee and I was a total beginner real estate investor before I took this course. I knew absolutely nothing about real estate!

I wanted a new life and have heard from many people real estate can set you free.

I jumped in feet first and followed the steps these guys showed me. Within a a few months, I had my first house and am looking foward to the $30,000 pay off of the equity.

I just wanted to tell you guys how great I think this course is. It's really opened my eyes to a new world of successful possibilities. This course has taught me a great deal about how to invest in real estate without using cash or credit and wanted to personaly thank you.

In short, this course rocks! I bought my first house the other day and have another 2-3 deals working as we speak.

I first started out in real estate wanting to "flip" houses while I was living in Virgina. After negotiating an awesome deal, I got transferred to another state and lost the opportunity. Well that didn't take too long did it? I'm already on house number three and I haven't even broken a sweat.

This course is exactly as you described. It took me from the begining steps on how to find my motivated sellers to negotiating the deal and doing the closing documents. Bada Bing, Bada Boom!!

What an exciting time for me to find this course. I had just graduated highschool and didn't know if I wanted to go to college. Luckily for me, this course showed me how to be a successful entreprenuer with buying properties without any cash or credit.
